The Marvin Lewis Scholarship Fund was created to recognize and honor outstanding male and female student athletes from our region on an annual basis. Candidates are evaluated based on a 1,000 word essay, established criteria of a minimum 2.75 grade point average, a proven commitment to the community, need and a varsity letter.

Students can apply for the Marvin Lewis Scholarship by completing the application found on the link below and submitting a 1,000 word essay about what the scholarship would mean to them. The application will be available January 15, 2009 and it must be submitted by
April 30, 2009.
